When children are baptised we promise to teach, nurture and raise them in the faith of the church. We give thanks for the privilege of walking hand in hand with our children, teenagers and young adults who share the journey with us at St. Paul’s. Sunday School happens during the first part of the 10.00 a.m. Sunday Children are welcome to attend Sunday School once they start going to The material taught at Sunday School has been developed especially for our church by our Family and Youth Minister, Kate Lord. The material is based on the lectionary, and follows a theme for each term. In 2012, the children will be learning about the Kingdom of God, and working on projects to help them understand various social justice issues for children. The St. Paul's Playgroup allows you and your child to play in a stimulating environment, under your guidance. It is a great opportunity to meet and form relationships with other parents, grandparents and carers. Many of our Playgroup families go on to attend St. Paul’s Kindergarten.

| “Journey to Adulthood”, or J2A, is a program offered for high school students
during the 10.00 a.m. service on Sundays during school term. During J2A,
teenagers meet with the Family and Youth Minister to talk about things that
are important in their lives, to read one of the lectionary readings for the
week, and to discuss how the Christian journey interacts with life in the 21st
century. |
