There is a reading from Scripture and an address is given.
The bride and the groom promise to give themselves to one another “for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, so long as we both shall live.”
Wedding rings are blessed and exchanged as a sign of the vows that have been taken, and that the commitment is unending.
The priest blesses the married couple.
Prayers are offered by everyone present for
the couple and their future together.

A wedding is one of life’s great moments. St Paul's Church provides a beautiful setting and environment for weddings and seats about 180 people. It is a popular destination for many couples, especially those requiring a more intimate worship space. The Church is open daily and we invite you to come in and experience the ambience of our Church and grounds.

The parish has been gifted with a wonderful pipe organ which is valued at $430,000. We have a professional organist, Elizabeth Anne Nixon. We welcome soloists and other musical requests. Contact Elizabeth Anne.
We welcome enquiries regarding weddings here at St Paul's. the services are conducted by the vicar, and she welcomes Pastors/Ministers of other denominations to assist in the marriage service by preaching or saying the prayers for the couple. Please contact the Vicar .
